Select Senior Advisors provides Life & Health insurance options to families looking for the security and protection our policies provide. You will be consulting with seniors who requested information, are pre-qualified, and are then transferred directly to you.
New agents working within the Select Senior Advisors system are 5 times more successful than other agencies!
Having your Health and Life insurance license is preferred. (You can obtain one).

What we need from you:
- Health and Life Insurance license – You can get one – we will show you how.
- The understanding, this is your new business, it needs to be built and nurtured. (we will support you).

- Understanding this is an independent- 1099 business opportunity. If you are not familiar with what that means, we will help you understand.
- Technical skills, proficiency working with Microsoft Office programs required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound sales calls to potential customers interested in Medicare and life insurance products.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to customers.
- Demonstrate expertise in insurance sales to effectively close sales and meet sales targets.
- Utilize negotiation skills to tailor insurance packages to meet individual customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, to assist a diverse customer base.
- Utilize sales administration skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products based on individual circumstances.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Utilize telemarketing skills to reach out to potential customers and generate leads.- Utilize Microsoft Office skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Maintain a valid Life & Health Insurance License to legally sell insurance products.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
