We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Safety Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing coordination for departmental meetings, including room setup, meals, schedules, and lodging. You will also coordinate and implement general office services such as appointment scheduling, billing, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
You will develop memos, reports, and other correspondence, plan meetings, and take detailed minutes as needed. Additionally, you will proofread memos, reports, advertisements, and other materials, complete daily trips to the Ohio Department of Agriculture on behalf of the production department, and analyze training needs to design occupational safety programs.
