What You’ll Do:
· Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that enhances brand storytelling and engagement.
· Manage and optimize social media channels to reflect our unique voice and increase engagement.
· Oversee the creation of compelling content across blogs, social media, email, and thought leadership articles.
· Drive the execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and retain customers.
· Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives.
· Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic publishing.
· Partner with leadership to integrate the brand story into all communications.
· Oversee the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI.
· Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies for greater effectiveness.
· Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across all platforms.
What You’ll Bring:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
· 5 years of marketing/communications experience, preferably in a professional service or agricultural environment.
· Demonstrated team leadership with 5 years of management experience preferred.
· Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, and web content tools.
· Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
· Prefer experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
· Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Adaptable, proactive, and a problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
