Energetic and Trustworthy Part-time Nanny

Are you an energetic and playful caregiver who loves spending time with little ones? If so, a warm and welcoming Raleigh family of four with two wonderful boys - a spirited 3 1/2-year-old and an adventurous 15-month-old hope to meet you soon! Their oldest is a bundle of energy who enjoys the outdoors, reading stories, playing with cars, and singing songs. The family believes in nurturing his curiosity through interactive learning and play! He also attends preschool 3 mornings per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday). The youngest is on the brink of walking and takes 1-2 naps daily. He enjoys regular meals and snacks, and the family prioritizes age-appropriate activities to keep him engaged while minimizing screen time. A nanny who is comfortable maintaining a flexible schedule that allows both boys to thrive while enjoying imaginative play and outdoor adventures would be the best fit!

Both parents are business owners who work outside the home so they are looking for a engaging and trustworthy nanny who will foster their children’s development and create joyful experiences. As a family, they prioritize faith, family, and fun so they hope to find a nanny with similar values who will set boundaries and help their children grow to be good people with love. Outside of caring for the children, the family would appreciate help with light meal prep for the children, and keeping the areas used throughout the day tidy.

The typical work hours will fall between 7:30 am-5:30 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and 9 am-1 pm on Wednesdays (with some flexibility). Mom works 2 full days each week and would love some flexibility with Wednesday hours or the ability to shift some of those hours into a date night. The family is willing to guarantee a minimum of 20 weekly hours for a flexible nanny! They are looking for a long-term nanny who sees this as a profession and wants to work with their family for the next few years!
