What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regeneration Operator/ Chemical Operator position at Select Source International?
The Regeneration Operator prepares resin, mobile equipment, and ion exchange resin tanks. Handles chemicals such as acids, bases, and salts. Performs quality control checks on the equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepares resin, mobile equipment, and ion exchange resin tanks for customer fulfilment.
• Performs quality control checks on the equipment.
• Receives resin from customer sites in resin tanks or on mobile equipment.
• Empties tanks or equipment of the exhausted media and prepares it for regeneration.
• Prepares resin tanks or mobile equipment by filling empty tanks with regenerated media.
• Performs quality control checks on the equipment to ensure specifications are met.
• Repairs and helps maintain the bottles/tanks and other service type of equipment, • Follows Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
• Completed Secondary Education
Pay Rate: 20$/hour on W2
Shift: Monday to Thursday (06:00 AM - 06:00 PM)
