Interview Process - one interview for 30min to an hour

• Develop and Maintain AI and IT Governance Frameworks, Policies, and Procedures:

  Create the AI Governance written program for regulatory purposes

  Create comprehensive AI Governance standards and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency within the organization.

  Define the purpose, scope, and applicability of each standard and procedure

  Use clear and concise language to avoid misinterpretation and ensure understanding.

  Structure documents with sections such as Purpose, Scope, Definitions, Requirements, and Responsibilities.

  Include compliance requirements and specify the consequences of non-compliance.

  Regularly review and update standards and policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.

• Conduct Regular Risk Assessments and Audits:

  Perform thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of non-compliance.

  Conduct audits to ensure adherence to established standards and policies.

  Provide detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions.

Skills :

• Monitor and Report on AI and IT Governance Metrics and KPIs:

  Track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of governance practices.

  Prepare reports on governance metrics and compliance status.

• Collaborate with AI, IT, and Business Teams:

  Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment with governance frameworks.

  Provide guidance and support on governance and compliance matters.

• Assist in the Development and Implementation of AI and IT Governance Initiatives and Projects:

  Support the planning and execution of governance-related projects.

  Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance practices.

• Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Best Practices and Regulatory Changes:

  Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and IT governance.

  Ensure that the organization remains compliant with evolving regulations and standards.
