Pharmacist PRN/Per Diem/As Needed

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
- Inform and instruct patients on any drugs to be used after discharge.
- Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
- Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
- Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications
You will demonstrate an understanding of patient needs, ensuring each patient feels informed and understood. You are passionate about providing superior quality care and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Current State licensure required.
- BLS if required by State.
- Must maintain a current license in the state of practice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency is preferred.
