Accounts Payable Specialist
Huge Development Company is hiring.
Opportunity is Temp-Hire!
Schedule : 1st shift : 8 : 00am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Great Pay : $34-$48 / hour, based on experience.
Required : AP Experience and would prefer someone with Real Estate experience is a plus.
Accounts Payable Specialist duties include :
- AP / Accounting experience
- Prepare trial balances and work paper product.
- Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Preparation and reconciliation of Budgets.
- Record opening and closing journal entries for acquisition or disposition of real estate assets.
- Monitor compliance of various agreements with clients.
- Assist with client audit procedures.
- Special projects and additional duties as needed or assigned.
- Will be working with Yardi program.
