Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with daily tasks, making up approximately 80% of job duties.
- Support purchasing operations, including data entry, order tracking, and vendor communication.
- Perform front office duties (20%) , such as answering phones, greeting guests, and handling email follow-ups.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel & Word for data entry, reporting, and document management.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
