Schedule : Tuesdays through Saturdays, 8AM-5PM- Requires flexibility
Payrate : $36.06-$52.88
Sanitation and Compliance Manager Responsibilities :
- Implement, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation schedules and related documentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and GMPs.
- Manage and train the cleaning and sanitation team, emphasizing proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facility to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including OSHA and FDA guidelines.
- Prepare the facility for 3rd party audits.
- Manage all sanitation chemicals : SDS (Safety Data Sheets & Tech Sheets), Chemical Usage logs, Chemical Titrations.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Scheduling, and Production teams to coordinate cleaning and sanitation activities that support safety and operational efficiency.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for cleaning and sanitation, addressing each piece of equipment and all production areas.
- Track and maintain cleaning and sanitation supply inventory, ensuring necessary stock levels for uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors as needed for specialized cleaning services or equipment maintenance.
- Monitor for signs of pest activity and potential harborage areas, adjusting sanitation schedules as needed to reduce pest presence.
- Facility improvements, repairs and upkeep as they pertain to reducing germ exposure, finished product exposure to debris or contamination.
