What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitation / CIP Operator position at Select Staffing?
Description
Sanitation / CIP Operator : Associate will be in charge of all the sanitation process for the plant and production equipment. Associate will be LOTOT certified as they will have to take equipment apart for COP and CIP also will need chemical training as they will be handling chemicals that are used during the sanitation process. Also they will need to ware appropriate PPE depending on the function at the time. Associate must be able to lift up to 50lbs. CIP Operators must understand the process of CIP and have experience in the job, understand the use of automated control panels to operate the system.
