Job Title:
Direct Hire Team MemberWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Direct Hire Team Member to join our team at {company}.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure accurate transactions by balancing cash registers.
- Help customers locate products, answer questions, and direct them to other departments as needed.
- Hold advertising signs, perform marketing-related tasks, and recognize opportunities to sell additional services and vending items.
- Accurately process sales transactions, maintain proper cash accountabilities, and stock merchandise in vending carts.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of driveways, restrooms, and car wash facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Sunday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, five days a week.
- Availability for overtime and weekend shifts.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
