Select Staffing in Pueblo, CO has immediate performance-to-hire openings, for Assemblers with Trane!
Pay: $15.48 per hour plus overtime, plus $40 weekly attendance bonus!
Potential 1st Shift: 6AM to 2:30PM, with some overtime required.
Potential 2nd Shift: 4PM to 2:30AM, with some overtime required.
- Successful completion of “Work Skills” training for the various processes on the shop floor
- Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product
- Rotate through all the tasks required in production processes
- Assist in the production of wiring assemblies
- Maintain clean work areas
NOTE: Mandatory overtime is often required. This can mean starting as early as 5AM, working up to 12 hours per day, 5-6 days per week.
