The Land Management Analyst will have a comprehensive understanding of midstream operations, including right-of-way acquisition, landowner negotiations and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide both analytical and administrative support for surface land functions.

Job Description
The Land Management Analyst will have a comprehensive understanding of midstream operations, including right-of-way acquisition, landowner negotiations and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide both analytical and administrative support for surface land functions.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Maintain surface-related agreements in systems of record.
- Support the Land Management team by drafting and editing a variety of land documents.
- Research and resolve landowner inquiries.
- Demonstrate knowledge of surface use agreements, pipeline easements, deeds, assignments, and other title conveyance documents.
- Stay organized while working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to review a high volume of documents and clearly document findings to provide accurate information about water midstream assets.
- Process all Land Management Department invoices and track expenses associated with individual projects.
- Create and process check requests with W9s to close easements and land acquisitions.
- Manage and coordinate filing documentation in county courthouses.
- Assist in title curative matters and conduct due diligence on an as-needed project-level basis.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; In lieu of a bachelor’s degree will consider relevant job-related experience for a non-degree candidate.
- 5 years of ROW experience.
- Solid working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, ArcGIS, and data management software.
- Must have the ability to work well with people, be a team player.
- Must be a self-starter and detail oriented.
- Must possess good reasoning, analytical, and mathematical skills.
