Job Description
Select Chemistry’s Asset Manager will be responsible for various duties that will include tracking and monitoring GPS systems on rolling equipment, tracking utilization of heavy equipment (tractors and trailers), monitoring registration, inspections, and VIK requirements, and entering data into Selects internal fleet tracking programs. Assist maintenance team with R&M planning, cost tracking, and parts requirements.

Job Description

Assist maintenance team with R&M planning, cost tracking, and parts requirements.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Follow all safety measures to complete jobs safely at all times.
- Monitor GPS systems and communicate if systems are functioning properly.
- Responsibility of maintaining the companies fleet maintenance software.
- Work alongside our fleet maintenance team to identify R&M cost savings opportunities.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement of parts.
- Reporting utilization of rolling equipment to achieve full optimization of said equipment.
- Data entry.
- Mastering internal programs.
- Demonstrate strong safety leadership skills and be able to lead, coach and promote a safety culture that aligns with company.
- Occasional travel to other regions asset audits and training.
- A willingness to work overtime and be on call on an occasional basis is required.
- Special duties as assigned.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of heavy equipment and vehicles.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to prepare and present. understandable reports.
- Computer skills with experience in MS Work, Excel and Outlook.
- At least one year of related experience working for an oilfield services or construction company.
