JOB DESCRIPTION
The AR Processor will report to the AR Manager for Select Water Solutions. They will work with other AR Processors and AR Team Leads for improvement and recommendations within the AR Department. They may perform various administrative tasks required for all ORGS/REGS/SITES. They will be involved with Internal and External Audits. They will be responsible for Billing for Assigned Locations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The AR Processor will report to the AR Manager for Select Water Solutions. They will work with other AR Processors and AR Team Leads for improvement and recommendations within the AR Department. They may perform various administrative tasks required for all ORGS/REGS/SITES. They will be involved with Internal and External Audits. They will be responsible for Billing for Assigned Locations.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Billing / Invoicing.
- Submitting completed billing to customers per customer specific requirements.
- Posting of Invoices daily. To include generating PR’s (Posting Reports) for record retention and audit.
- Completing weekly and monthly billing requirements and deadlines as assigned.
- Generates weekly/monthly customer and/or department reporting as assigned.
- Responsible for reviewing and clearing all Disputes assigned to them.
- Processes Credits and Rebills as assigned.
- Responsible for Record Retention per company policy.
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and/or external customers.
- Assists with training of department compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Attending weekly AR Aging and Dispute calls with their AR Manager or AR Team Lead upon request.
- Performing M/E Close processes and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned by the AR Manager and/or AR Director.

- Accounts Receivable Billing or related experience is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, reconcile account information.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, etc.

- Monday – Friday, option of 7am–4pm, 7:30-4:30 or 8am-5pm with a 30 min or 1 hour lunch break.
