Our client is currently seeking a Project Coordinator with Telecom project experience. This is a fully remote opportunity but candidate must be located in EST or CST time zones.
Summary:
The Project Coordinator (Scoping) will support the Project Manager by maintaining document control and database management while tracking project activities and coordinating team communications to ensure project goals are accomplished within the time frame and budget parameters.

The Project Coordinator (Scoping) will support the Project Manager by maintaining document control and database management while tracking project activities and coordinating team communications to ensure project goals are accomplished within the time frame and budget parameters.
Job Duties:
- Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communications.
- Manage electronic project files, pull files and upload documents in data bases.
- Manage RFDS database, working with team and customer.
- Maintain project trackers and client tracking database.
- Attend weekly / daily deployment meetings.
- Know project status at all times.
- 2 years of project admin experience required with 1 years experience as a Telecom Project Coordinator in the wireless telecommunications industry experience
- Strong background in data analytics and data entry
- Detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines required
- Specific wireless telecom project coordination experience
- Expert in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and work independently
- Ability to maintain organized and accurate project records/files
- AT&T Project Scoping Coordination experience a big plus
- $31.25/hr, dependent on experience
