Job Type : Full-time, Direct Hire
Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, some flexibility (e.g., 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM)
Travel : Minimal, occasional

Position Overview :
Our client is seeking a Civil Site Project Manager to join their growing team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, as well as developing and maintaining key client relationships throughout Georgia and the Southeast. You will oversee a variety of transportation engineering tasks, including highway design, developing / analyzing alternative solutions, and managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent the company in front of existing and potential clients.
- Interface with jurisdictional authorities and advocate for the company and client interests.
- Manage project scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for transportation engineering projects.
- Provide engineering expertise on various projects, developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Review and direct the work of other team members.
- Document the design process, communications, and project milestones.
