We have an opening for a Mechanical Designer in the North Minneapolis, MN.Position Summary : The Mechanical Designer creates designs and technical documentation for mechanical devises and equipment. Ideal candidate will have experience with industrial automated equipment, gear reduction, servo and VFD drives, etc. Works well independently and with a teamÂJob Duties : Customer interaction to help establish machinery requirements and determining automated processesDesign and manage complete machine assemblies while maintaining company design proceduresDelivering design presentations with both internal and customer teams to ensure all requirements are satisfiedTracking design progress of multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously, and ensuring design consistencyCreation of documentation for the machine build processInteraction and cooperation with other departments.
