They prioritize teamwork, professional growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities : Project Oversight : Lead and manage multiple planning and development projects, ensuring thorough analysis and efficient execution.Team Coordination : Oversee workloads for drafting teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental, zoning, and safety standards.Budget Management : Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize impacts.Stakeholder Updates : Prepare and present regular updates and reports to clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies.Quality Control : Implement measures to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.Business Development : Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to secure new business.Public Representation : Represent the company at public hearings and planning commission meetings as needed.Qualifications : Required : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Construction Management5 years of project management experience in civil engineering or urban planningStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication skillsProficiency in AutoCAD and GIS softwarePreferred : Professional Engineer (PE) LicenseAmerican Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) CertificationWhy Join Us?Culture : Work in a collaborative environment focused on professional growth and project success.
