You'll leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to architect, deploy, and maintain complex network solutions while fostering a collaborative and efficient project environment.What You'll Do : Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining resource allocation and budget requirements.Design, implement, and manage robust wired and wireless enterprise networks (think Wi-Fi, Point-to-Point).Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with both written and verbal skills.Facilitate weekly project meetings, ensuring alignment between team members and management.Offer guidance, feedback, project updates, and motivation to your team.Effectively manage deadlines and hold the team accountable for timely project completion.Coordinate seamlessly with vendors and suppliers to guarantee project success.Delegate tasks strategically, assigning them to team members with the most relevant skillsets.Bridge communication gaps between multiple project teams, guaranteeing all actions remain synchronized.Maintain clear communication channels with executives and / or the board to keep project goals at the forefront.The Ideal Candidate Possesses : 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer with a proven track record in project management.Proficiency in conducting indoor wireless LAN site surveys using tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet.Expertise in outdoor wireless network modeling with EDX, ATOL, or similar link analysis software.In-depth experience with various network hardware and software including Wi-Fi network hardware, Point-to-Point wireless equipment, network services (NTP, DNS, DHCP), low latency applications (voice, video), and strong IPv6 knowledge.Proven experience working with (Ruckus, Cisco, or Aruba) wired and / or wireless equipment in a production enterprise environment.This is a contract-to-direct opportunity.
