You'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing technical expertise and managing the structural engineering aspects.What you'll do : Lead the structural engineering design for assigned projects, including steel and concrete structures for retail, commercial, or industrial buildings.Collaborate with the Project Manager and other engineers to plan, organize, and control project activities within budget and schedule.Review project documents like fee contracts and scopes of work.Participate in project kick-off meetings to define project goals and requirements.Provide guidance and training to junior engineers or interns assigned to your projects.Monitor project progress and identify potential budget or schedule issues proactively.Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to manage change orders and client expectations.Assist with reviewing shop drawings and submittals during construction.Stay up-to-date on building codes, standards, and industry trends.What you bring to the table : Bachelor's degree of Civil Engineering from an accredited university.3 years of experience in structural engineering design for buildings.Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, RISA) and building design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Join our team and make a real impact on exciting projects!
