Selectek is looking for a Telecom Construction Manager who will be responsible for the project's construction schedule, expenses, and quality and safety. This position also manages the resources performing the construction work including direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and vendor and subcontractor resources.Required : 5-7 years of industry experienceValid DLExcellent oral and written communication skillsMS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Engineering or technical degree preferredTHIS IS AN IMMEDIATE NEED! This will support Central to Northern West Virginia.We do not have a duration on this assignment, so would be indefinite for now. They can drive their own vehicle and expense fuel.Responsibilities : Must maintain and enforce the company safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions existProvides on-site analysis of ongoing specific construction projects; utilizing higher level construction managers or project managers for advice on changes in plansInterface with the client's engineering team, as well as utilizing the company's engineering and management team for decisionsInstalls the quality program for the company and subcontractors work, making certain all quality standards are met to customer specificationsSponsorship : NoPay Range : $40 / hour - $45 / hourTerm of assignment : 6-month Long Term TempPay Method when Direct : HourlyLocation of Job : Central / Northern WVHours & Shift : Monday - Friday; 8AM – 5PM; flex on hours (open to starting as early as 6 : 30AM EDT)WFH : Field positionRemote : NoOvertime : Not much expectedDoes the client require a background check?
