The salary range for this position is between $46,200-$71,294 depending on location, relevant skills, and years of experience.


Scope

The Client Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients. The Client Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The Client Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand business with existing clients.

Internal - TalentLaunch Corp Teams, Operating Company Teams

External - Industry Network Groups, Existing Customers


Key Areas of Responsibility

  1. Contributes to the power of potential in people by exemplifying the Redwood Tree Culture and embedding it throughout the organization.
  2. Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for all client-related inquiries and requests.
  3. Identifies and pursues opportunities to expand business with existing clients by upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  4. Proactively engages with clients to identify potential issues, address concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  5. Collaborates with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth service delivery and timely resolution of client-related issues.
  6. Prepares and delivers presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  7. Monitors and reports on client performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and takes corrective action as needed.
  8. Prepares and presents candidate profiles to hiring managers for review.
  9. Provides ongoing support and guidance to clients, including regular check-ins and status updates.
  10. Stays up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
  11. Prepares and presents regular reports to management on client activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  12. Conducts safety inspections and walkthroughs regularly, reporting violations to the TalentLaunch Safety Consultant
  13. Adheres to and follows all company Policies, organizational competencies, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  14. Provides ongoing support to the candidate once placed, including addressing talent performance issues, payroll, workers compensation and unemployment.
  15. Supports the Workers Compensation Claims process.
  16. Provide support in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding, as needed to support the needs of the team and business.
  17. Other duties as assigned.


Physical Requirements

  1. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  2. The person in this position needs to move about both inside an office and at other locations where meetings may be conducted.
  3. Frequently operates a computer for extended periods of time.
  4. Frequently communicates with others over the phone, video and in person; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  5. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.


Work Schedule

Full-time; 52 weeks per year. In addition to regular business hours, the person in this position must be able to be flexible around the needs of the organization.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to speak clearly and persuasively in both positive and negative situations.
  2. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, strong time management skills, and developing realistic action plans.
  3. Proven ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels of an organization, including c-suite level executives.
  4. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  5. Drive to succeed revenue and gross margin production goals.
  6. Proven success at working well in teams and independently.


Minimum Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Three (3) years or more experience of proven account management success in a consultative and professional services environment.
  3. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Degree in business or other related field
  2. Previous experience selling and/or recruiting in the staffing industry
  3. Google Suite experience
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other HR software.
