SUMMARY:
The Client Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires a strong ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels of an organization, including c-suite level executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years or more experience of proven account management success in a consultative and professional services environment
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
