Hours : Monday - Friday from 10pm - 6 : 30am

We are seeking a Administrative Assistant for a temporary position for our client, a local ice cream manufacturer who uses the highest quality ingredients located in Eugene, OR . As a Administrative Assistant , you will be responsible for :

Review and rewrite SOP's
Participates as needed in special department projects.

The ideal candidate for this role will have :

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime and weekends.

Computer skills with Excel and Word experience.

Ability to coordinate and communicate with the sanitation team.

Ability to work independently as needed.
