Duties and Responsibilities for Customer Service and Admin Support :
- Process electronic orders (sales, shipping, invoicing) using JD Edwards ERP, ensuring timely transaction processing.
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and document product use recommendations as needed.
- Submit and code bills and invoices to our AP department for payment.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations team to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs. Conduct inventory counts and order product as required
- Assists other office team members and branch managers in administrative tasks to ensure quality customer service, meeting deadlines, and sales support
