Duties and Responsibilities for Electronics Assembler :
- Review assembly workbook to determine type of solder to use and solder components to printed circuit board
- Set up and run printed circuit boards through wave solder machine; monitor and inspect printed circuit boards during run and make adjustments as needed
- Load components in wash and run wash.
- Separate printed circuit boards from assembly array frames
- Stuff printed circuit boards by placing and mounting components onto boards, so they can be soldered.
- Assist surface mount machine operators with hand-added components.
