Duties and Responsibilities for Executive Content Manager :
Weekly Content Goals
Generate an assigned number of social media posts per platform (e.g., Twitter / X, Facebook, LinkedIn, blog / website).
Develop weekly scripts for up to 2 hours of audio or video recordings (which may also include longer-form podcast material).
Book “Buckets”
Sort and label raw transcripts, notes, and AI-generated text into thematic categories for future book projects.
Prepare cohesive outlines and draft chapters, eventually handing them to our editor and, in the meantime, repurposing for content.
Short & Long-Form Media
Craft social media copy and short videos that reflect our pro-freedom, truth-seeking, populist message. Manage the video process including liaising with our video editor.
Support the development of longer-form podcasts, collaborating on topic flow and script drafts.
Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with an in-house editor who will approve or give suggestions prior to approval by leadership.
Sync with leadership on key messages, focus areas, and content cadence.
Content Mining & Organization
Review diverse materials (transcripts, notes, AI logs) and categorize them into relevant “buckets” for different book topics.
Maintain clear records of what’s used, what’s pending, and how each piece of content is evolving.
Writing & Editing
Convert raw text into polished drafts—whether for social posts, short articles, or chapter outlines.
Perform editing (grammar, spelling, tone) to ensure consistency and coherence.
Social Media Management
Maintain a weekly content schedule : plan, draft, and schedule an assigned number of social posts across chosen platforms.
Engage with audience feedback or comments in a manner aligned with our values.
Video & Audio Script Prep
Develop weekly scripts for up to two hours of recordings (short or long-form), providing clear bullet points and highlights.
Coordinate with any external audio / video editors as needed.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Suggest ways to streamline content creation (e.g., improved labeling systems, workflow automations).
Provide weekly summaries of content produced, engagement metrics, and upcoming plans.
Skills and Qualifications for Executive Content Manager :
Strong Writing & Editing Skills
Organized & Detail-Oriented
Tech-Savvy (Familiarity with AI text tools (ChatGPT), social media schedulers (Buffer / Hootsuite), and basic video or audio editing workflows)
