The Insulation Installer Helper will play an essential role in helping the installers with their duties. As a Insulation Installer Helper, you will be responsible for :
- Prepping work which includes sealing / extending bathroom and kitchen fans, adding roof vents for ventilation, installing dam or baffle using insulation batts or cardboard
- Removing existing insulation
- Removing exterior shake siding or drill through flat / lap siding or interior sheetrock
- Drilling between studs, fill cavities with insulation, install hole plug and spackle
