Seeking a Surveillance Case Coordinator to work at our headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of surveillance field experience. Looking for a team-player who doesnt get easily overwhelmed. Great opportunity for someone with leadership skills, good work ethic, and desire to advance as the company grows.
Responsibilities :
Process case assignments from clients via email, phone, or online portal
Conduct pre-surveillance research (databases, public records & social media)
Assign and coordinate cases to investigators
Monitor investigations for quality and provide client updates
Proofread reports
Invoicing
Support client growth and retention
Qualifications / Requirements :
Minimum of one year of surveillance experience
Florida C or CC private investigators license or adjusters license
Experience as a Case Coordinator or any combination of education and surveillance experience demonstrating the competencies necessary to perform the essential job functions
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours including early morning and weekends when necessary
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook
