- Analyze KPIs, financial reports, and industry metrics to identify key priorities and communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Develop innovative solutions to address challenges in the evolving healthcare landscape.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document, evaluate, and enhance business processes and systems.
- Conduct ongoing analytics to troubleshoot issues and maximize organizational effectiveness.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.
- Provide analytical support for strategic projects, including geographic or product expansion opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, setting performance metrics and providing development opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management, Mathematics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5 years in analytics development and 3 years managing multiple projects in a team environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and database management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy industries is preferred.
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
