About the Job : As an R&D Engineer , you will be a pivotal member of the technical team, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, you will lead and contribute to the development and validation of manufactured products using alternative materials. This position involves designing and executing technical projects, collaborating with production and engineering teams, and driving innovation to support the company's growth and market expansion.
Key Success Attributes
- Technical Expertise : Proven experience in designing, developing, analyzing, and troubleshooting within the pulp and paper industry, preferably in a startup environment.
- Project Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects focused on product development, including trial design and execution based on data analysis.
