The Enterprise Project Manager III is experienced in all aspects of managing complex projects and programs. This includes determining deadlines holding team members accountable for assigned responsibilities identifying risks facilitating problem resolution with internal stakeholders presenting reports to senior management. A plus is having experience with Agile PMP or a solid foundation in methodology. Leading and Driving Complex cross functional Projects. Ability to drive the project owner in defining/refining their strategy so the project is clear and actionable. Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules. Organizing attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. Documenting meetings and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Undertaking project tasks as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted advisor for business partners
- Lead complex assignments work on requirement gathering facilitate its implementation and ensure timely delivery
- Develops processes for establishing and monitoring project plans including the setting of milestones and deadlines in consultation with technical SMEs
- Coordinate project management activities and information
- Trains/mentors others on project management methodologies and best practices as required to meet project goals and objectives.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Identify and define requirements scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with leaders to convey status updates
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through ensuring quality assurance tests are conducted
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to produce detailed analysis and documentation of business processes and system flows
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Ability to identify and define critical path milestones versus phase 2 items
- Ability to produce detailed analysis and documentation of business processes and system flows.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Ability to work with minimal oversight
- Ability to take projects across any division with little or no interruption to project progress
- Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Highly analytical and rigorous thinker with a balance of creativity
- Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Minimum of five years of work experience in areas requiring project and task management required
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
