The Manager Digital Product Owner will have deep functional expertise and strategic influence playing a critical leadership role in setting product vision and strategy for SelectQuote’s digital assets. This role involves balancing business goals and technical considerations managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment and execution from planning through delivery. Strong technical analytical communication leadership and collaboration skills are essential to bridge gaps across key stakeholders and bring a digital product vision to life.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and user base to understand needs challenges and goals to inform digital product strategy and roadmaps.
- Lead the planning process for new digital products and features.
- Develop document manage and communicate digital product vision strategy and prioritized roadmaps and backlogs.
- Provide ongoing grooming and maintenance of the digital product backlog based on business value dependencies and effort required.
- Create user stories detailed specifications and acceptance criteria for new digital features and products.
- Develop and define success metrics for digital products and features.
- Act as the primary point of contact for digital product development questions and needs from ideation through development testing and release to ensure effective execution on the digital product roadmap.
- Represent the voice of the user and business throughout the digital product development lifecycle.
- Clearly communicate digital product plans and progress to executives stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Track analyze and report on key digital product metrics to assess product and feature performance and iterate on product strategy.
- Optimize and enhance existing digital products through new releases updates and improvements.
- Stay up to date on industry and technology trends relevant to digital products.
- Supervise and provide direction to Digital Product Owner 1’s and 2’s.
Skills/Abilities:
- Strategic and analytical thinker with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with digital product management tools like JIRA.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and processes.
- Proven ability to prioritize and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- A data-driven approach to making digital product decisions.
- A passion for building great digital products and features that meet business and user needs.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Business Technology or related field with 5 years of digital product management experience required.
- Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate with software engineers required.
- 4 years of supervisory experience or relative experience leading team projects required.
- Experience managing complex digital products and platforms and developing product visions and roadmaps required.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
