About the Role

Customer Success Agent

 

Job Summary:

This is a SALES production role with heavy commission and set metrics to attain. Sales agents in this role have an engaging hybrid role that combines sales and client relations. The goal of this position is to maximize health outcomes for clients by offering tailored wellness recommendations after conducting in-depth Health Risk Assessments. Agents in this role also upsell SelectQuote’s proprietary pharmacy options. This agent will act as a health consultant and will coordinate closely with the client, carrier, and providers. They acquaint clients with Population Health’s platform of education, coordination, and facilitation of future services, to ensure they are utilizing the best care available to them.

  • We offer a  W-2 base pay plus commissions, which result in a first-year target income of $50,000 . 
  • This role is best suited for commission seeking candidates who want uncapped commission potential.
  • Top agents who are focused on the commission potential can earn above $90k annually.
  • Other performance-based incentives could include prizes, spot bonuses, award trips, and more!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales experience is strongly preferred - this could include phone sales, wireless sales, or other commission-incentivized positions
  • Commission driven - Agents who do well here are driven by our uncapped commission structure and do not just settle for the hourly rate
  • Flexibility with business needs - You need to be able to commit to high-volume hours during peak season. Our agents make nearly ⅓ of their income during a 7-week period, and we need all hands on deck during this time
  • Technology skills - We use a proprietary CRM system that requires multiple screens and an ability to manipulate multiple systems and find critical information while maintaining a conversation with the client
  • High school diploma or the equivalent is required
  • Hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20mbps and upload speed of 20mbps

Education and Experience: 

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous telesales/sales experience preferred
  • Client relations experience highly recommended
  • Work-from-home experience preferred for remote hires
