About the Role
The Routing Ops Program Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing SelectQuote's routing operations to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions for system enhancements. As part of this, they will partner closely with the Routing & Workflow teams to take a concept and project manage the initiative through design, requirements, implementation, and execution in support of the broader organization's objectives. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, possess strong organizational skills, is a strong communicator, and closely collaborates with cross-functional teams. This individual will provide guidance, collaboration, and process / program management leadership to members throughout the organization in driving improvements within the broader routing application.

The Compensation for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
