Job Duties
- Organize incoming and existing inventory to ensure an efficient and logical layout of the production floor.
- Label products, pallets, shelves, and storage areas accurately and consistently.
- Determine and maintain the optimal placement of goods on the floor based on space, usage frequency, and safety considerations.
- Ensure materials and supplies are clearly marked and accessible to relevant teams.
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing items as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Input and manage data in supply chain software (Deltek Costpoint).
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and inventory systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the supply chain field.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Physically able to lift, move, and organize materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Due to Federal Contracting requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen.
- May be required to qualify for a Top Secret Security Clearance, if necessary per contract requirements
