Product Manager - Engagement
McKinney-based Selerix Systems is searching for an experienced Product Manager -
Engagement. This position is the product owner for Selerix’s line of Engagement products, including Selerix Engage.
Education / Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred. 3-5 years’ experience specifically in product ownership/management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineering, marketing, client success and leadership to define and drive the strategy, principles, vision, roadmap, goals, and success metrics for Selerix engage products.
- Build strong partnerships internally and externally (with customers) to craft continuous feedback loops that allow us to better understand their challenges and prioritize solutions
- Represent your subject area expertise during reviews with executives and partner with engineering to ensure regular communications, updates and follow-ups
- Monitor the health along with the associated risks and implications of ongoing projects; be responsible for the resolution of cross-functional issues
- Analyze and prioritize change requests and bug write-ups to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Define business value for new features and articulate requirements to engineering.
- Maintain and communicate product roadmaps for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and effective direction for software development.
- Participate in meetings and provide clear updates to clients and leadership.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
