Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Paid 3 weeks training will be provided.

- Respond to all inquiries promptly and maintain detailed notes and customer information
- Effectively manage day to day operations for client's projects by liaising with both internal staff and external resources
- Identify opportunities to improve overall customer service experience
- Communicate client requirements, objectives and issues to respective internal team members according to specific requirements
- Actively participate in our Contact Centre through telephone, email and chat activity
- Perform data entry for various programs as required
- Escalate issues to internal stakeholders
- Master and utilize internal software program for order processing, inventory and freight management
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as may be required to manage and report on activity for client programs
- Co-ordinate and assist in client billings, when applicable
- Assist in Quality Control, when required
- Complete customer service related tasks as required
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast paced, team driven environment
Expert on Microsoft Office suite, especially Office and Excel
Possess an empathetic and nurturing personality in order to relate to customer's needs
