Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, including infant and toddler care, and will be dedicated to creating a safe, educational, and engaging atmosphere for children. This role involves not only supervising children but also participating in their daily activities, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and daily activities.
- Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, including feeding, diaper changing, and comforting.
- Create a structured routine that includes educational activities, playtime, and rest periods.
- Prepare regular feeding schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, including tidying up after activities.
- Educate children through age-appropriate games, storytelling, and interactive learning experiences.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Experience
- Previous experience in nannying or babysitting is required.
- Familiarity with caregiving practices for infants and toddlers is essential.
- Experience working in daycare settings or similar childcare environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A nurturing attitude with a passion for child development and education.
