Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness, and Stronger U is seeking a Workday Administrator to join its team. NOTE: This position is a hybrid out of our Boca Raton, Florida location, coming into the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week. Not open to those needing to relocate.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HRIS or Technical professional with extensive technical experience in Workday to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HR systems, ensuring seamless processes, data integrity, integrations and compliance.
Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
System Administration:

Manage and maintain the Workday system, including configuration, upgrades, testing, and security.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to implement and enhance Workday modules.

Provision new users, assist existing users in password resets
Data Management:
-
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the system through regular audits and monitoring.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Business Process Optimization:

Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, and notifications.
Training and Support:

Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on Workday functionalities.

Develop user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation.
Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and HR regulations.

Monitor and manage system access, permissions, and security settings.
Project Management:

Lead HRIS-related projects, including module implementations and upgrades.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Integrations

Building, maintaining and upgrading Integrations to / from Workday with 3rd parties and 3rd party application
Strengths and Background
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.

35 years of experience in deploying HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday deployment

Proficiency in Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, Talent, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.

Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis (Workday reporting tools, dashboards).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of HR processes and regulations is a plus.

Workday integration certified consultants, any certs are ok (CCB, CCTPP, Studio or Core Integrations)
Preferred Skills:

Workday certification(s) in specific modules.

Experience with integrations between Workday and other systems.

Project management skills or certifications (e.g., PMP).

Integration or IT project management skills developer skills (2 years at least, any language)
