We are looking for qualified LPN/RN Staff Nurses. The job responsibilities include:
- Participates in the care planning process to help maximize our residents potential.
- Supervise and work with certified nursing assistants.
- Documents assessments and care in compliance with scope of practice standards of care, and company policy.
- Educate patients and their families on health-related issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
