Self Love Therapy LLC is a mental health practice based in Boston, MA. At our practice, we believe in providing our clients with consistent and continuous care. We appreciate clinicians who can provide clients with a space where they can speak freely without judgement and be challenged. Clinicians who can create therapeutic rapport and who are collaborative would be the perfect addition to our intimate and growing practice.
We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician who specializes in children and adolescents to join our practice. This position is hybrid and requires in person and evening availability. Our offices are located in South Boston, MA and Cambridge, MA. The clinician will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.
Job Requirements:
· Provide psychotherapy to child and adolescent clients in Massachusetts both remotely and in person
· Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health issues
· Monitor progress of clients and adjust treatment plans as needed
· Develop and strengthen rapport with clients
· Complete clinical documentation appropriately and in a timely manner
· Maintain all appropriate professional standards, ethics, and confidentiality
· Must have evening availability (3pm on)
Qualifications:
· Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts upon starting the position
· Must have master's degree in social work, psychology or closely related field
· Independent licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC), pre licensed professional with relevant experience considered
· Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
