Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
- Develop a deep understanding of market offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Negotiate terms of agreements with clients to maximize business potential
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ recent Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
- Industrial sales experience preferred, yet not required
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and driving results in business development initiative
- Self-reliant
- Great working experience with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel (data input), and Outlook
- Clean driving record
Compensation, Benefits, and other information:
- Salary up to $60k based on experience
- Excellent commission potential, opportunity to make over $100k in total compensation
