The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain in Texas within six months)
5 years of experience in land development or municipal project design
Strong technical knowledge of grading, paving, utilities, and stormwater management
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
