Hiring: Restaurant Risk Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Risk Manager to oversee the company’s comprehensive risk management processes, ensuring safety, compliance, and effective risk mitigation strategies. This role involves managing the end-to-end workers’ compensation process, supervising guest incident cases, and acting as a project manager for legal information requests, including claims and subpoenas. The Risk Manager will collaborate with HR and Field Leadership to develop and implement the company’s safety strategy, ensure OSHA compliance, manage vendor relationships supporting the risk department, and handle unemployment claims, including attending hearings. This position is vital to maintaining safety standards and mitigating risks across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze data, assess complex situations, and make informed decisions based on risk assessments.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying root causes of potential risks and developing effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate risk information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Project Management: Proven ability to organize and manage risk mitigation projects, including timelines and cross-functional collaboration.
