Location : Lubbock, TX

Area of Responsibility : Abilene to Amarillo

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000 Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Retail Director of Operations to oversee and support our wireless retail locations across the region spanning Abilene to Amarillo . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing 5-10 retail locations with expertise in leadership, operational excellence, and the wireless / cell phone industry. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring Store Managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets, ensuring consistency in operational standards, and driving performance through talent development and strategic planning. This role also involves managing budgets, optimizing efficiencies, championing customer-first initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities to support business expansion within the region.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years in multi-unit retail operations , preferably in the wireless / cell phone industry.
• Track Record : Proven ability to manage 5-10 locations successfully, with demonstrated mastery of operations, leadership, and performance management.
• Leadership Skills : Strong ability to inspire, lead, and develop diverse teams to achieve and exceed goals.
• Technical Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of wireless products, services, and market trends.
• Travel : Ability to travel regularly within the region (Abilene to Amarillo).
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
