Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound and warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
Develop a deep understanding of market offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and growth
Negotiate terms of agreements with clients to maximize business potential
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications :

At least 2 years’ recent Business to Business (B2B) sales experience

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically

Exceptional presentation skills

Entrepreneurial spirit

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and driving results in business development initiative

Self-reliant

Great working experience with Microsoft Office Products : Word, Excel (data input), and Outlook

Clean driving record

Compensation, Benefits, and other information :

Salary up to $60k based on experience

Excellent commission potential, opportunity to make over $100k in total compensation

Paid work expenses; i.e. mileage, tolls, parking, entertainment meals, etc

Work is mainly remote-based with some personal car travel in the Dallas area with expenses reimbursed
