About the role :
As the Executive Assistant-Event Planner, your role will be to streamline our CEO’s personal and professional life, enabling him to focus on high-impact, strategic tasks. This person is super organized and great at keeping things running smoothly while supporting leadership. With a high EQ, they're good at building a positive team vibe and helping others grow. Ideally, they're in the Austin metropolitan area and love making things more efficient.

Required : At least 2 years of experience in Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant roles, with hands-on experience in event planning and project management experience. This role will be an on-site, 5 days a week in office position at our West Lake Hills location. Non Austin metropolitan area applicants need not apply!
